Movement makes the difference.
Restore, maintain - and celebrate - your health and happiness.
Welcome! Movement is my first language. I have always felt I could express myself better through movement than with words. This served me well as a professional dancer for over 40 years. At the end of my performance career, I turned to teaching and became certified in Pilates, MELT, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, and the Franklin Method. I use these techniques to cultivate full body health, renewing range of motion, building the core strength needed to move freely and securely, and engaging the mind to elevate the experience.
My ultimate goal is to teach the design of the body and train its natural movement patterns. Combined with optimal breathing and moving with awareness, these techniques support and guide sound body mechanics to restore balance and stability, avoid injury, optimize performance and increase vitality and overall well-being.

Stability - Flexibility - Strength
Knowledge is power. More than just going through the motions of exercise, our work together considers the how and why of movement. Developing an innate knowing of your body’s natural strengths and vulnerabilities builds a natural resilience that supports you in optimizing your physical potential and helps prevent injury and reduce pain.
Whether rehabilitating, seeking to optimize performance, or committing to healthy longevity, you gain countless possibilities for better mental and physical health.
Expand Your Energy
Movement is what the mind needs.
it’s a two-way street between the mind and the body. My workshops and classes teach you to know, feel and use your body’s natural movement patterns to create a powerful and lasting a mind-body collaboration.
“The only real guide to your true age lies not in years or how you think you feel but by the degree of natural and normal flexibility enjoyed by your spine throughout life.” —Joseph Pilates
