Movement makes the difference.

Restore, maintain - and celebrate - your health and happiness.

Welcome. I’m Pam Khoury, a Pilates instructor and correct movement advocate Each of the methods I teach cultivates full body health, renewing your range of motion, building the core strength you need to move freely and securely, and engaging your mind to elevate both. By activating and maintaining key muscle groups, these techniques support and guide you in using your body’s natural design to avoid injury, optimize performance, and bring a renewed liveliness to your everyday.

I train toward the design of the body and its natural movement patterns. To deepen outcomes, I also teach Gyrokinesis, MELT, and Franklin Method movement therapies, cross-pollinating elements whenever necessary to best meet your needs and super-charge outcomes.
