Welcome! I’m Pamela Khoury and I teach movement in ways that enhance everyday activities and help you live healthier longer.
Movement is my first language. I have always felt I could express myself better through movement than with words. This served me well as a professional dancer for over 40 years. At the end of my performance career, I turned to teaching and became certified in Pilates, MELT, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, and the Franklin Method.
I have chosen to teach these techniques as the most powerful way I know to cultivate full body health, renew range of motion, build the core strength needed to move freely and securely, and engage your mind to elevate the experience.
