Following a long career as a professional dancer and being a lifelong lover of movement, I have chosen to teach Pilates, MELT, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, and the Franklin Method techniques as the most powerful way I know to cultivate full body health, renew range of motion, build the core strength needed to move freely and securely, and activate your mind to elevate the entire experience.
